Do you know what your patterns are, but just can't seem to change? Have you had therapists before who just didn't go deep enough? Or they only listened when you wanted feedback? My clients often seek me out when they are overwhelmed and experiencing multiple transitions. They often feel lost, stuck, or that something is blocking them from making changes in their life. Many come fearful of abandonment, need a place to let out bottled up emotions, and want to make sense of their life experiences.

Are you looking to make positive life changes, heal past traumas, and improve relationships? Are you going through major life changes such as becoming a parent, changing careers, or dealing with chronic health issues? Therapy can be a safe place to explore your concerns and learn new skills for living a balanced life! We utilize traditional therapy modalities, but believe that body, mind, and spirit, as well as community and relational dynamics are inter-connected and deserve equal focus.
I work with adults and young adults age 17 and above. Among my focuses of treatment are art therapy, adjustment to life transitions, trauma-informed practices, couples/relationship work, family systems approaches, perinatal mood disorders, CBT, women's empowerment, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I frequently provide therapy for fellow therapists, healthcare workers, college students, couples, and adults of all genders who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I use EMDR therapy to help people recover from trauma. My preferred model of EMDR is the "intensive" model, in which we meet for a longer period of time per session (1.5 - 3 hours per session), for a smaller, total number of sessions. Research has shown that this type of approach can be very effective in helping people recover, and begin living their lives to the fullest once more.
Each relationship shared with a client brings a sense of investment and an opportunity of reward for diligence. We will aspire to goal achievement, conflict resolution and development of crucial life skills from a place of effective self-assessment, critical thinking and incorporation of tools that work for you.
My clients are strong & successful women (and those that identify as women) that are seeking growth and change in their lives. Often they are moving through a live transition and seeking support. Some of my clients are managing chronic anxiety and depression, and some of them are healing from past traumas. All of my clients have a willingness to bring their whole selves to therapy!

The answers to many of these questions are inside of you. Working with me, together we will start to identify ways you get stuck in feelings, moods, habits, and behaviors that limit you. Once we have a good idea of the triggers, we can start to shift your attitude toward yourself. Let's work together to focus on the best about you so you can

You've experienced sexual assault (and you might find it hard to label it that way). You struggle with intimacy and are worried there is something wrong with you. You often feel anxious and even when things are going well in relationships it feels like you are waiting for something to go wrong. Sometimes during sex you cry, dissociate, or try to just "get through it". You're worried you might never get over the bad things that have happened to you and that on some level you're broken.

As experienced clinicians, we know the best of the best to personally curate each and every clinician in our nationwide, private network. It’s time to stop sitting on waitlists and settling for less than what you deserve. When you're our client, you're taken care of. Period.
